4. Mobile Information & Text Messaging Privacy (CTIA 5.1.4, 5.2.1)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely for support services (e.g., customer service), not for advertising.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and service providers essential to delivering our text message services.

If community Wi-Fi is provided in shared spaces, activity is not monitored. Usage data, if collected, is anonymized and used solely to maintain service performance and uptime.

8. Data Retention Policy

  • Active resident records are retained throughout the lease term
  • Post-move-out records are held for 7 years for legal and financial compliance
  • Unsuccessful applications are securely deleted within 90 days unless legally required otherwise

9. Video Surveillance Policy

Security cameras are used in common areas to support the safety of our residents and staff. Footage is stored securely and only accessed during safety or security reviews.

  • Locked facilities and restricted access to sensitive areas
